Welcome to Casa Cañita. To help make your stay, dinner, or private event completely seamless, we’ve answered our most common guest questions below - from check-in times and parking to live music schedules and event booking.   • What time is check in and check out?

    Check in begins at 4PM each day. Guests must check out by 11AM on the day of departure. Please call us if you plan to arrive after 9PM so we can assist you with your late arrival.

  • Do you have an on-site restaurant?

    Yes, La Cañita is located at street level along Ocean Drive, serving Cuban-Carribbean food, drink, with specials and live music daily.

  • Where should I park?

    See the front desk for parking locations and information.

  • Is Casa Cañita a pet-friendly hotel in Miami Beach?

    Yes, please let us know ahead of your arrival if traveling with a dog. Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome, subject to availability. A $150 fee applies per stay.

  • What is the Resort Fee?

    There is a $35 Resort Fee per room, per night. The Resort Fee includes two beach chairs, an umbrella and towels, high speed WiFi, a welcome beverage, daily access to live music, programming, and concierge services throughout your stay.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All reservations require a one-night deposit plus tax. Some offers and packages may require a full-stay deposit. Reservations must be canceled by 4PM EST, 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one-night fee plus tax. Reservations that fall within current promotions and/or special event dates are subject to different cancellation policies.

  • Is early check in or late check out available?

    Based on occupancy, early check in or late check out may be available. The fee for early check in or late check out is $50, or $100 for both. Based on availability.
